President/General Contractor

Dennis has been an Arizona resident since 1959 and a Chandler resident since 1984.  Dennis's father was in the construction industry and Dennis has been in construction since 1978, starting in framing before going into business as Sunset Gate for over 20 years.  

At age 26 Dennis built his first custom home in 1987 doing much of the work himself. He continued running his gate company while building 4 more homes to qualify to  become a general contractor.   

Infiniti Custom Homes Inc was officially established in 1994. Since then Dennis has built over 40 homes from 3,200 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft.  He specializes in building homes for clients and has 6-times built his own home .
